Typed Ancillary Rights Agreement is dated April 3, 1967, and has been hand-signed in blue ink pen by Muhammad Ali (D. 2016, HOF) and Floyd Patterson (D. 2006, HOF).

The contract concerns the fight scheduled for April 25, 1967, in Las Vegas between Ali and Patterson. The fight never actually took place as Ali refused to be drafted for military service and as a result, had his boxing license revoked. The document signed by both fighters spells out rights and financial guarantees to all parties for broadcasting, revenue, advertising, promotion, and film rights.

The lot / autograph(s) includes a (PSA) Auction House LOA for authenticity purposes.
