Custom framed shadowbox measures approximately 33.5" x 37.5" x 2" in size. The display features a cut that has been hand-signed in blue ink pen by Johnny Unitas (D. 2002, HOF). The display also includes a Colts jersey and (2) photos and a replica Super Bowl Championship ring.

The autographed index card was authenticated and encapsulated by PSA for authenticity purposes. Index card has been removed from slab and placed into a jersey framed display.
