Iverson was an 11-time All-Star, MVP of the 2000-01 season and took his place in the Basketball Hall of Fame in the same year Simmons made his NBA debut. Coming off his lone college season at LSU, Simmons was a consensus First Team All-American and the National Freshman of the Year. While Iverson is a key component to the rich history of great Sixers basketball, Simmons is hoping to someday add his name to the legendary ones that came before him. Iverson and Simmons have each autographed this authentic Spalding basketball in silver paint pen. In a truly unique item, they have each penned a portion of the inscription. Iverson wrote "#1" while Simmons wrote "Pick '96, '16". Their signatures and inscription are deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process.
