This 1935A $1 Silver Certificate was printed for use during Operation Torch, the Allied invasion of North Africa. It bears the usual 1935A Julian-Morgenthau signatures. However, this note bears a yellow Treasury seal instead of blue, to assure instant recognition (and devaluation) in the event of defeats by the enemy, or enemy capture of large quantities of cash.
