Custom framed jersey display measures 33.5" x 37.5" x 2" in size and features a cut that has been hand-signed in blue felt-tip pen by Johnny Unitas (D. 2002, HOF). The display also includes a Baltimore Colts replica championship ring.

The autographed index card has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA (PSA) for authenticity purposes. Index card has been removed from the slab and placed into a jersey framed display.
