About the Signers
Brigadier General C.E. “Bud” Anderson was the U.S. Army Air Forces’ last surviving triple ace of WWII, credited with 16 ¼ aerial victories while flying the legendary P-51 Mustang Old Crow with the 357th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force.
Raymond T. Conlin, John Skara, and Robert Winks were fellow P-51 Mustang pilots who flew critical missions over occupied Europe, escorting bombers, engaging Luftwaffe aircraft, and helping ensure Allied air superiority throughout the European Theater.
