NASCAR Meet-&-Greet for the Bank of America ROVAL 400 | Concord (October 3-5, 2025)

- 10-minute Meet and Greet with Chase Elliott to be determined by the race team at the discretion of their schedule. Meet and Greet may occur on a practice day or race day.

- TNF and/or winning donor cannot negotiate Meet and Greet time. Meet and Greet is subject to change especially if track schedule changes or inclement weather.

- Meet and Greet cannot be rescheduled or refunded if a donor misses the scheduled appearance.

- TNF will take photos of the driver with Meet and Greet donor and email images taken.

- Autographs are welcome but limited to two items.

- Meet and Greet experience also includes NASCAR Garage and Pit Passes for two people valid for entry at Charlotte ROVAL during the weekend of October 3 to 5 during designated NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Craftsman Truck Series garage area times including pit road.

- Entry for Garage and Pit Pass is valid during the NASCAR Garage Access permitted during scheduled hours. Weekend schedule and itinerary will be provided in advance.

- NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass package does not include NASCAR race tickets or grandstand entry. Guests are welcome to purchase tickets through the track website under the Ticket tab.

- Not valid for post-race grid access or victory lane access.

- NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass package does not include event parking.

- Weekend schedule and itinerary will be provided in advance. The track schedule is subject to change at the discretion of NASCAR and the race team.

- Please plan accordingly. No rain checks are available if the race is postponed or rescheduled due to weather.
