Presented is a hand-signed 5x7 black and white photograph depicting the crew of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress Full House (Crew A-1), 393rd Bomb Squadron, 509th Composite Group. This historic image has been personally autographed by four original crew members: Glen Mahugh, William Reedy, Steve Kinosh, and Donald Fockler. The signatures have been authenticated by PSA/DNA and are accompanied by their Letter of Authenticity, ensuring both verification and long-term preservation.

The B-29 Full House occupies an important place in the history of the 509th Composite Group, the elite and top-secret U.S. Army Air Forces unit formed specifically to conduct atomic strike operations at the close of World War II. Based on Tinian Island in the Mariana Islands, the 509th was responsible for executing and supporting the atomic bomb missions over Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945.

Full House served as one of the support aircraft during the Hiroshima mission on August 6, 1945, and also participated in operational support activities surrounding the Nagasaki mission on August 9, 1945. While the Enola Gay and Bockscar carried the atomic bombs, aircraft like Full House performed essential weather, reconnaissance, and support roles—without which these historic missions could not have succeeded.

The signers on this photograph represent key members of the Full House A-1 crew, including:

Glen Mahugh – Pilot

William Reedy – Co-Pilot

Steve Kinosh – Radio Operator

Donald Fockler – Gunner

Each of these airmen trained extensively for high-security precision missions. Their skill, coordination, and composure under unprecedented wartime conditions were crucial to the success of operations that directly influenced the end of World War II.

This PSA/DNA authenticated photograph—bearing four authentic crew signatures from Full House—represents a rare and historically significant artifact tied to the 509th Composite Group’s atomic operations. Items signed collectively by flight crews of these missions are exceptionally scarce and highly prized by collectors of WWII and aviation history.
