Baseball has been hand-signed by Babe Ruth (D. 1948, New York Yankees, HOF) and Leo Durocher (D. 1991, New York Yankees, HOF). Please note, the inscription on the side of the ball has been written by an unknown hand.

A side panel inscription in the same ancient ink as Ruth is in the lucky fan's hand. It reads, "April 19, 1928, Yankees vs. Red Sox - Babe Ruth's first home run of the season of 1928. He launched this ball into the right field bleachers in Fenway Park. Recovered by George..."

The autograph(s) includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA as well as an official Beckett Authentication Services hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
