Signers include Jim Craig, Neal Broten, Dave Silk, Rob McClanahan & Mark Johnson, Steve Janaszak, Bill Baker, Dave Christian, Ken Morrow, Jack O'Callahan, Mike Ramsey, Steve Christoff, Mike Eruzione, Buzz Schneider, Eric Stroebel, Phil Verchota, Mark Wells, Craig Patrick, and John Harrington.

John Harrington included the inscription "Do You Believe in Miracles?!"

Includes plaque and other emblems.
