Garfield, created by Jim Davis, has starred in 13 prime-time specials on CBS-TV, been nominated for an Emmy award 12 times, and won 4 Emmys for Outstanding Animated Program. His top rated animated television show, “Garfield and Friends,” is shown every Saturday morning. The show is also syndicated, airing 5 days a week until the year 2007.
