Notre Dame Fighting Irish full-size authentic proline helmet has been hand-signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen by Lou Holtz.

Holtz coached the Fighting Irish from 1986-96, winning the National Championship in 1988. The 1988 team went 12-0 with a victory in the Fiesta Bowl. Holtz is the only college football coach to lead six different programs to bowl games and is the only coach to guide four different programs to the final top 20 rankings.
