Original one of a kind proof from the family estate of impressionist master Pierre Auguste Renoir color tones lithograph on heavyweight BFK Rives arr measures approximately 16" x 22" in proof size. it has been hand-signed by Great grandson Alexandre Renoir lower right. Given only to dignitaries. The art is on fine quality BFK Rives archival paper. The art depicts a classic impressionist scene in color and depth from the original color painting of Pierre-auguste Renoir.

The Artist's Family is Renoir's largest portrait, with life-size figures represented in full length. The piece shows Renoir's wife, Aline, standing at the center, with their 11-year-old son, Pierre, leaning affectionately against here. A two-year-old Jean Renoir toddles in the foreground, attended by the beloved nursemaid Gabrielle Renard; the third son, Claude, was not born until 1901.
