Babe Ruth, nicknamed "the Bambino" and "the Sultan of Swat", played Major League Baseball for the Red Sox, Yankees, and Braves over his 22 season career (1914-1935). He finished his iconic career with a .342 batting average, 2,873 hits and 714 Home Runs.
