Official National League baseball has been hand-signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen by Willie Mays (Giants HOF). Inscriptions include: "302 BA", "1903 RBI", "2922 Games", "2062 Runs", "338 SB", "4 HR Games", "981 F.A", "ROY 51", "AS MVP '63, '68", "24 AS Games", "12 Gold Gloves", "Say Hey", "660 HR", "MVP '54, '65", "HOF 79", and "3283 Hits".

"The Say Hey Kid" was a magician with the glove and the bat, winning 12 Gold Gloves and hitting 660 home runs. The two time MVP won the 1954 World Series with the Giants while they were still in New York. In 1972 his number 24 was retired by the Giants and in 1979 he was inducted to the Hall of Fame.
