Clayton Kershaw is the present, and the future of the Los Angeles Dodgers pitching rotation. Selected with the 7th overall pick in the 2006 MLB Draft, Kershaw made his MLB debut on May 25, 2008 against the Cardinals, striking out 7 batters over 6 innings of work. At the time, he was the youngest player in baseball, a title he owned for a full year. A power pitcher, Kershaw will consistently be at the top of the National League in strikeouts for years to come.
