Shortly after being selected by the Chicago Bulls with the third overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft, Michael Jordan would go on to have one of the best rookie seasons in league history. In 1984-85, Michael led the Bulls in scoring (28.2 ppg), rebounding (6.5 rpg), assists (5.9 apg) and steals (2.39) to earn NBA Rookie of the Year honors.
