They came up just short as the Miami Heat won in six games after Dallas had a 2-0 series lead. But the experience was not lost on Nowitzki, particularly the experience of coming so close only to see someone else celebrate what you've worked your entire professional life for. So when the Mavericks returned to the Finals in 2011, they made sure to make this one count. In a rematch of the '06 Finals, the Mavericks prevailed in six games as Nowitzki earned Finals MVP honors. He averaged 26 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists in the series. Manufactured by Molten, this gold basketball is autographed and inscribed "Finals MVP" by Nowitzki. This limited edition (20) Molten Gold Trophy basketball is signed in black paint pen. His signature and inscription are deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process.
