Photo measures 8" x 10" in size. Has been hand-signed in black felt-tip pen by Marlene Dietrich (D. 1992, Frenchy) and James Stewart (D.1997, Thomas Jefferson "Tom" Destry, Jr.).

Marlene Dietrich was among the highest paid actresses during Hollywood's Golden Age.

An international superstar and Academy Award nominee. Marlene was chosen to play "Frenchy" the saloon girl opposite Stewart in his first western. "Destry Rides Again"(1939) was extremely well received. This film propelled both careers forward. Jimmy Stewart won a Best Actor Academy Award the following year. (1940) In "The Philadelphia Story."

His nominations for "It's A Wonderful Life," "Mrs. Smith Goes To Washington and "Anatomy of A Murder" are among his most celebrated films. Stewart is in the top 10 of every greatest actors film lists. "Destry Rides Again" remains a great 1939 look at Dietrich and Stewart.
