Bill of Rights FDC Envelope has been hand-signed in black and blue ink pen by 5 of the Supreme Court Justices in the William Rehnquist Court. The autographs include Chief Justice William Rehnquist (October 1st, 1924 - December 3rd, 2005), Associate Justice Clarence Thomas (June 23rd, 1948), Associate Justice Sandra Day O’Connor (March 26th, 1930, the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court), Associate Justice John Paul Stevens (April 20th, 1920 - July 16th, 2019), and Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (March 15th, 1933).

Key decisions made by William Rehnquist’s Court include a reaffirmation of the Constitutional right to an abortion in 1992, reaffirmation of the need for police to provide criminal suspects with their Miranda Rights in 1999, and the still controversial ruling stopping the Florida recount and affirming the election of George Bush as President over Al Gore in 2000. Chief Justice William Rehnquist also presided over the impeachment trial of President William Clinton in 1998
