This One-Of-A-Kind contract is hand-signed in red and black ink pen by agent Virginia Grant, Elvis Presley (D. 1997), and both of his parents, Vernon and Gladys Presley.

This document, dated March 17th 1957, is the actual purchase agreement for the Presley's to buy the property located at 3764 Highway 51, in Memphis Tennessee - also known as "Graceland".

This contract is printed on Virginia Grant Realty Co. letterhead and includes the Virginia Grant handwritten agreement that states the Presley's will trade their existing property at 1034 Audubon Drive for $55,000 credit, plus and extra $90,000 to purchase Graceland.

This priceless document represents the sale of what was later deemed to be a National Historic Landmark; "Graceland, arguably the most famous mansion in the world, visited by millions of people from around the globe since it opened to the public in 1982.

When Elvis was a little boy he told his parents that one day he would make a lot of money and take care of them, putting an end to their years of hard work and financial struggles. Buying the Graceland Mansion was the fulfillment of that childhood promise. Graceland was Elvis's world. He and his parents lived and died there. Just as it was for Elvis, Graceland has come to mean so much more to so many people. Graceland is the American Dream.

The lot / autograph(s) includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
