This check measures 3" x 7.5" was signed in black ink pen by American hero Amelia Earhart on July 29, 1935. Earhart was a world renowned pioneering female pilot who lost her life while attempting to be the first woman to fly around the world.

Amelia Mary Earhart was an American aviation pioneer and author. Earhart was the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She received the U.S. Distinguished flying Cross for this accomplishment.
