Gooden is a four-time MLB All-Star, and three-time World Series champion. He won the National League (NL) Rookie of the Year Award in 1984, as he led the league in strikeouts, and then won the NL Cy Young Award in 1985. While a member of the Yankees, Gooden threw a no-hitter in 1996.

Rivera, nicknamed "Mo" and "Sandman", served as the lights out closer for the New York Yankees for 17 seasons. He hold the MLB record for saves (652) and games finished (952). Rivera was a 13x All-Star and 5x World Series Champion.

Clemens was one of the most dominant pitchers in major league history, tallying 354 wins, a 3.12 earned run average (ERA), and 4,672 strikeouts, the third-most all time. An 11-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion, he won seven Cy Young Awards during his career, the most of any pitcher in history. Clemens was known for his fierce competitive nature and hard-throwing pitching style, which he used to intimidate batters.
