This officially licensed NECA's Reel Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure measures approximately 16.5" in height (1:4 scale). The packaging is hand-signed along with an original hand-drawn Turtles sketch by the co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), Kevin Eastman.

Please note, the packaging shows some light handling wear. A majority of the wear is located on the sides and back of the packaging, the front side shows minimal handling wear. See images for details regarding condition.
