Bill Overstreet Signed LE P-51B Mustang 1:72 Model Plane Inscribed "Berlin Express" (PSA)

Model Plane measures approximately 6" x 6" in size and has been hand-signed and inscribed by Bill Overstreet (D. 2013). Please note, item is limited edition #1674/2000 and comes in original packaging.

William Bruce "Bill" Overstreet Jr. was an American fighter pilot and a veteran of the 357th Fighter Group, 363rd Fighter Squadron of the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. He is best known for his solo pursuit of a German Messerschmitt Bf 109G underneath the arches of the Eiffel Tower in 1944. In 2009, Overstreet was awarded the Legion of Honour by the French Ambassador to the United States Pierre Vimont at a ceremony held at the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Virginia.

The autograph includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching COA for authenticity purposes.
