The All-Star game was held on February 12, 1989 at the Astrodome in Houston, Texas. In front of the largest crowd (44,735) to every witness a NBA All Star game Michael Jordan compiled 28 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals. His East team lost the game 143-134. Had the East won the game, Jordan most certainly would have been named the game's MVP.
