Cash bail bond measures 7" x 8" in size and has been hand-signed by Jim Morrison (D. 1971).

This Historical Document is Stamped by Dade County Florida Court Clerk J.F. McCracken on November 12th, 1969 and officially charges Morrison with several crimes including, criminal lewd behavior, indecent exposure, open profanity, and drunk in public. Morrison was found guilty of all charges on September 20th, 1970 and sentenced to 6 months in a Florida Prison, but while still out on bond, Morrison fled to France to avoid that prison sentence, and never returned back to the United States.

Jim Morrison was found dead in his Paris apartment on the morning of July 3rd, 1971 from heart failure due to a Heroin overdose. Like many other rock stars of that era who passed before their time - including Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin - Jim Morrison died at the young age of 27.

The lot / autograph(s) includes an official PSA/DNA hologram and matching LOA and has been encapsulated by PSA for authenticity purposes.
