Virginia Dan (1922-2014) was an American artist who attended the Art Center School, Chouinard Art Institute U.C.L.A., and Otis Art Institute. Her influences were the works of Frank Brangyn, Dean Cornwell, Robert Fawcett, Nicolai Fechin. The 19th-Century Russian artists, primarily Repin, Makovsky, and Surikov.
