The art is from the portfolio in excellent condition created and published in 1969 on original lithograph stone plates drawn by Dali

Salvador Dali signed the limited edition original lithographs, each with a unique image. In excellent condition, Each is individually signed by Dali and numbered in pencil. Interpretation by Dali of Plays written by Marquis de Sade in the 1700's. Shorewood Publishers commissioned Dali to paint the 25 Piece Suite, in essence, to interpret the plays and visually illustrate Sade's original works.

The resulting individual works by Dali have been critically proclaimed, "Stunning" and are considered some of Dali's Greatest Masterpieces!

The suite includes an official Salvador Dali Gallery COA for authenticity purposes. Please note the COA is authenticated the entire suite and does not come with the piece.

The work of Salvador Dali (1904-1989) is associated with the surrealist movement of the 20th Century.
