This game-used complete game shutout final out baseball comes from Bert Blyleven's personal collection. The baseball was game-used from Blyleven's 1st win in 1980. The game was played May 31, 1980 (Pirates vs. Mets). The baseball is filled with stats and inscriptions in Blyleven's hand to commemorate the win.

The baseball includes a Letter of Authenticity from Bert Blyleven which he has personally hand-signed. Note that the LOA represents a group of multiple baseballs and this auction is for one of the baseballs. The LOA that is included with this auction is original and hand-signed, not a copy.
