This lot features a limited edition "Do You Believe In Miracles" lithograph signed by 20 members of the historic 1980 Olympic Gold Medal winning hockey team including Herb Brooks. Superb lithograph by Jerome F. Ryan, color image of the famous 1980 US Olympic team as they celebrate their unbelievable victory over the vaunted Soviet Union ice hockey team in Lake Placid.

Entitled, "Do You Believe in Miracles?!" It is signed by 20 members of the team and coach Herb Brooks, and the bottom left corner has the lithographed limited edition #135/1000 while the opposite side bears the signature of artist Jerome F. Ryan, both in pencil. The signed version is LE #5/10.

Signatures include: Herb Brooks, Mike Eruzione (Winthrop), Jim Craig (Boston), Steve Christoff (Richfield), Neal Broten (Roseau MN), Dave Silk (Scituate), Mark Johnson (Madison), Phil Verchota (Duluth), William "Buzz" Schneider (Babbitt), Mike Ramsey (MPLS), Eric Strobel (Rochester), Dave Christian (Warroad MN), John Harrington (Virginia MN & "Do You Believe in Miracles?"), Jack O'Callahan (Charlestown MA), Bill Baker (Grand Rapids), Ken Morrow (Flint), Mark Wells (S.C.S.), Rob McClanahan (STPL), Craig Patrick (Detroit), and Steve Janaszak (White Bear Lake).

Incredible display piece and surely a topic of conversation wherever you chose to display it. This rarely seen lithograph is especially unique in that each player has added their hometown as a special inscription. This version of the Team USA celebration with Herb Brooks signature along with this hometown inscription is a limited edition of only 10 and this one is #5/10. Measures 26x32 inches.

Historical footnote - while the improbable victory over the USSR is what is most remembered, the USA did not clinch the gold until defeating Finland in the following game.

Please note, there are creases and bends on the top left, bottom left and bottom right corners of the lithograph.

The piece includes an official Beckett Authentication Services hologram and matching LOA for authenticity purposes.
