Original October 10th, 1999 racing ticket has been hand-signed by racing legend, Richard Petty! During this race, the weather was showing rain and the average speed for the race was approximately 160.306 MPH.
The 1999 UAW-GM Quality 500, held at Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 10, marked a significant event for Richard Petty's legacy, as it was the final NASCAR race in which Petty Enterprises fielded the iconic No. 43 car under Petty's ownership.
